2. What Data We Collect
We collect personal data only to the extent necessary for the respective purpose. Specifically, this concerns:
- Mailto links: This website contains buttons and an input field that exclusively open your own email program. No data is transmitted to us or to a server in the process. We only receive your details (e.g. your email address) once you actually send the email.
- Partner application form: If you apply through the form on our partner page, we receive the details you enter (name, company, email, phone, city, country, preferred contact, trade, typical jobs and your message), the values you set in the earnings estimator, the page language and, if present, the reference code and campaign source (utm_source) from the link you used. The form is sent to us through Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA), which processes the data on our behalf under a data processing agreement and forwards it to us by email. Because Formspree is based in the USA, your data is transferred to a third country; this transfer is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
- WhatsApp button: Our partner page contains a WhatsApp button. It is a plain link, so no data is sent to WhatsApp while you browse our site. Only when you click it does WhatsApp open, and from that point on Meta Platforms Ireland Limited processes your data under its own privacy policy. If you then message us, we receive your phone number, your profile name and the content of your messages and use them to reply to you.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and access time are automatically collected by our hosting provider (server logs) to ensure the technical operation of the website.
We do not use cookies, tracking, or third-party analytics services.

We do not sell your data and do not disclose it to third parties unless this is necessary to fulfill a contractual relationship or required by law.

Applications submitted through the partner form are kept for as long as needed to process them and, if we work together, for the duration of the partnership. If no partnership follows, we delete them after 12 months at the latest, unless statutory retention obligations apply. Server logs from our hosting provider are automatically deleted after 30 days at the latest.

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

- Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR): You can have inaccurate data corrected.
